Practical information
- The conference will take place at the Biocenter, University of Copenhagen, Ole Maaløes Vej 5, Copenhagen (12-15 minutes’ walk to various Metro Stations – and five minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop connecting to the city centre – 15 minutes’ bus ride away).
- To organize your accommodation and local travels, you can make use of the ‘Journey Planner’ (‘Rejseplanen’ in Danish).
- Registration is open from 5 pm. on Monday (June 24). Please look for the registration desk in the foyer on the ground floor. Registration is also possible the same place on Tuesday morning (June 25). Hereafter registration is possible during the breaks in Room 2-0-25 (Conference office).
- The welcome reception will also take place on Monday (June 24) at the Biocenter from 6.30 – 8.30 pm. We hope to see many of you for this icebreaking-event with talks, drinks and snacks.
- If you have any requests on practical matters please check with the students in the Conference office (Room 2-0-25)
- The pre-conference excursion to Copenhagen’s port and Amager Beach Park is planned for Monday, June 24. Please note that registration has closed as the number of participants is restricted for logistical reasons.
